Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace, a global aerospace manufacturer, seeks an Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator in Malden, MA, for 1st shift. The role focuses on operating CNC lathes/mills, ensuring aerospace parts meet blueprints, and collaborating with engineers on adjustments. It offers growth in a high-precision, safety-driven environment.

The position is 100% on site with ITAR/EAR compliance requirements and opportunities to train and advance within the manufacturing team.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalency is required.
1–3 years machining background or related experience.
Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
Ability to perform ITAR/EAR regulated work.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce aerospace parts.
Collaborate with engineers to implement edits and ensure parts meet blueprints.
Maintain multiple machines in a cellular environment and manage feeds and speeds.
Inspect dimensional features and ensure quality in accordance with work orders.
Complete paperwork for counts, scrap, and time per company policy.
Maintain clean and safe work area and assist others as needed.
