A.S. Aerospace Inc. is seeking a General Aerospace Manufacturing Shop Laborer to operate the CNC Lathe, run and inspect production, and perform entry-level shop tasks in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires reading blueprints, performing first article inspections, and lifting up to 40 lbs as needed. Clean work area, attention to detail, and reliability are essential as you support manufacturing and quality targets in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Do first Article Inspection.
• Lifting to 40 lbs and moving 40 lbs pans with dollies.
• Standing for extended periods and operating machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Lathe, run and check production.
• Engage in general shop labor activities at entry level.
• Check bolts using precision measuring tools and gages.
• Record daily production into SPC and shop floor control systems.
