Qualifications

• 5 years of manufacturing and operation/supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Lean & Kaizen principles.
• Experience documenting procedures and guiding teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production associates to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Plan, mobilize resources, and manage timelines for manufacturing outputs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lean deployments across the unit.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
