Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace Pensacola is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead site-wide CI initiatives in our Pensacola repair operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, HR, Planning, Engineering, Safety and Supply Chain to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in continuous improvement or aviation-related environments.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in continuous improvement, aviation maintenance, manufacturing or quality.
• Lean principles, Kaizen, value-stream mapping and structured problem solving.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams and coaching of staff.
• Experience delivering improvement initiatives under FAA regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide continuous improvement and CI personnel; coach and manage performance.
• Develop and execute site CI priorities aligned with business goals.
• Manage the Performance Management System and related practices.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, process-mapping and root-cause analysis across the repair station.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement teams and sustain improvements.
