Job summary

Pacer Group in Tampa is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and improve manufacturing processes for circuit card assemblies, modules, cable harnesses, and electromechanical subassemblies. You will partner with design engineering and production to boost quality, efficiency, and manufacturability on the shop floor.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 5–7 years in aerospace, with hands-on process development and continuous improvement across CCAs and harnesses.

Qualifications

• BS degree in electrical, electromechanical, mechanical or related engineering.
• 5–7 years of aerospace industry experience.
• Experience designing layouts for CCAs, modules, cable harnesses, and electromechanical subassemblies.

Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing processes and layouts for CCAs and assemblies.
• Translate drawings into practical, production-ready processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to improve manufacturability, productivity and quality.
• Develop and manage tooling, equipment, inspection, and testing for reliable operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective actions while ensuring compliance.
