Pacer Group is searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Orlando, FL. This position focuses on precision manufacturing operations, requiring hands-on experience in production environments, strong knowledge of CAD, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will enhance small-parts assembly operations, interpret engineering documentation, and support automation initiatives. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3+ years of CAD experience will excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CAD experience using Siemens NX, CREO, Pro/ENGINEER, SolidWorks, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience working in a production manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements within small-parts assembly.
• Interpret engineering drawings and create detailed work instructions.
• Perform root cause analysis of component non-conformances.
• Create fixture and tooling concepts and models.
• Identify automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Participate in equipment evaluation and capital projects.
• Provide technical support on the production floor.
• Support manufacturing process development initiatives.
• Monitor quality, schedule, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
