Rio Staffing LLC. is seeking an Aerospace Sales Manager - Cabin Interiors to drive sales of aircraft cabin interior parts for Boeing and Airbus fleets from Burlington, WA. The role emphasizes active networking with airlines, lessors, MROs, OEMs, and brokers to win new business.

The successful candidate will craft competitive pricing, respond to RFPs, and manage post-quote follow-ups, leveraging strong communication to build rapport with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent and relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Proven ability to network, cold call, and negotiate in B2B sales.
• Knowledge of ERP software and MS Office applications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and develop new accounts including airlines, leasing companies, MROs, OEMs, and brokers.
• Receive inquiries and RFPs, prepare proposals, follow up to secure the sale.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through systematic activity.
• Negotiate terms, identify customer requirements, and create end-to-end solutions.
• Track industry trends, fleets, and OEM history to identify opportunities.
• Build first-call rapport with customers via email and social channels.
• Cold call prospects and maintain a measurable pipeline of opportunities.
• Travel up to 25% for customer visits and trade shows in North America.
