Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Bench Assembly Cell Operator in Wells, Maine on 2nd shift (Mon–Thu 3:30pm–1:30am). Build and disassemble turbine engine modules, follow work instructions, and complete build records and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
• 1+ years related experience or a post-secondary/ vocational certificate.

Responsibilities

• Build and disassemble gas turbine engine modules and subassemblies.
• Follow work instructions, drawings and work orders to ensure requirements.
• Complete build records and necessary documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as needed.
