Moog in Buffalo, NY is seeking skilled Assembly & Test Technicians I & II for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will assemble high-precision components used in aerospace and defense, using a range of measurement tools and test equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal, written and computer work instructions in English.
• At least 1 year of related technical field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform precision assembly and test operations on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical valves and actuators.
• Use dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers to verify build specifications.
• Operate hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment and fixtures.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy with torque wrenches, fixtures, and gauging.
• Follow assembly drawings, worksheets and test specifications.
• Diagnose test failures and perform rework to meet test requirements.
• Clean components to required cleanliness levels and support repair units.
