Responsibilities

• Lead team members in day-to-day OE Assembly operations.
• Serve as initial problem-solving contact for each work area.
• Provide team leadership within the manufacturing operations.
• Train new team members and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity; coordinate with other departments.
• Lead daily stand-up communications and maintain the TIB board.
• Ensure SOPs and documentation are followed.
