Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking an Assembly Team Lead for OE Assembly at the Danville site. The role reports to the area Supervisor/Manager and serves as a working lead in the manufacturing operations, guiding day-to-day tasks and problem-solving within the work cell.

The position emphasizes training, leading improvements, and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity in a collaborative environment with other departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in day-to-day operations including work assignments; first contact for problem solving for each OE Assembly area.
• Work as a team leader within the manufacturing operations.
• Train new work area team members through on the job training.
• Lead and support processes that promote Continuous Improvement, eliminate waste, and uphold Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
