Responsibilities

• Assemble and test a range of moderately complex products.
• Record test results on data forms using electrical equipment and measurement devices.
• Identify malfunctions from test data and rework as instructed.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, and quality directives.
• Produce and inspect assemblies to meet specifications and standards.
• Participate in lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• May train less experienced team members.
• Ensure safety rules and a clean, FOD-free workspace.
• Calibrate equipment as scheduled.
