Parker Aerospace is seeking an Assembly Team Lead for OE Assembly at the Danville site. The role reports to the area Supervisor/Manager and serves as a working lead in the manufacturing operations, guiding day-to-day tasks and problem-solving within the work cell.
The position emphasizes training, leading improvements, and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity in a collaborative environment with other departments and stakeholders.

The Assembler Team Lead- OE Assembly will report to the area Supervisor/Manager and will perform tasks related to all the work areas. This person will be expected to be a working lead and take on a leadership role within the Danville Site Operations.
Certifications: None
Years of Experience: 3 years of more of relevant experience.
This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.
