Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Euclid is seeking a Manufacturing Area Manager to lead daily operations in a high‑tech foundry for aerospace components. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while guiding cost control and team development in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes standardized processes, lean improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers and leadership to meet production goals and ensure a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four to ten years’ related experience and/or training.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong reading, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to report progress and collaborate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety, quality, productivity, cost and team development in the area.
• Establish standard work and drive Lean initiatives.
• Create production schedules and manage staffing to meet goals.
• Oversee training, performance reviews and employee development.
• Lead cost-saving and process-improvement projects.
