Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Chittenango is seeking a Quality Manager - Aerospace to establish and maintain a comprehensive quality management system, driving defect reduction and continuous improvement in aerospace casting processes.

You will lead the Quality Assurance department, coordinate with manufacturing for compliant, cost-effective quality programs, and ensure readiness for audits and certifications across CPP facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years in a Quality Assurance leadership role; aerospace experience preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and ASQ/Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain processes within the quality management system to deliver outputs.
• Report on QMS performance and opportunities for improvement to top management.
• Promote customer focus and ensure integrity of the QMS during changes.
