Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. in Playa Vista, CA is seeking a Supervisor, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable focused on revenue accounting for complex satellite bus programs and related services.

Reporting to the Director of Accounting, you will drive accurate ASC 606 revenue recognition across point-in-time and %-of-completion arrangements. Qualifications

• 5+ years AP/AR experience.
• Experience overseeing full-cycle AP/AR in high-volume environments.
• Experience in manufacturing/aerospace or inventory-driven settings preferred.
• Strong process improvement mindset and scale accounting operations.
• Familiarity with Ramp, NetSuite, Campfire or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle AP and AR operations including billing, collections, and vendor/customer communication.
• Manage vendor onboarding, payment terms, and customer invoicing workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure cash flow.
• Monitor aging, cash disbursements, and collections to ensure timely processing.
• Support month-end close including reconciliations and accruals.
• Strengthen internal controls and assist annual audit efforts.
• Identify process improvements and scalable workflows for growth.
• Mentor junior AP/AR staff and promote a results-driven culture.
