Apex Technology, Inc. in Playa Vista, CA is seeking a Supervisor, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable focused on revenue accounting for complex satellite bus programs.

You will oversee ASC 606 revenue recognition across point-in-time and percentage-of-completion arrangements, support month-end close, and ensure proper treatment of unbilled and deferred revenue, contract assets, and reconciliations. This role offers high visibility across sales, operations, and engineering, with opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading AP/AR in high-volume settings.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Background in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
• Strong process-improvement and scalable-ops mindset.
• Familiar with Ramp, Campfire, NetSuite or QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle AP and AR operations including billing, collections, and vendor/customer communication.
• Manage vendor onboarding, payment terms, and customer invoicing workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor AP aging, AR aging, cash disbursements, and collections activity for cash flow.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and analyses.
• Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness.
• Identify process improvements and scalable workflows.
• Train and mentor junior AP/AR analysts.
