Job summary

Textron Aviation invites students to join as an Internship – Account Manager in Mesa, AZ. You will learn to enter and maintain customer account data, support filing and recordkeeping, and collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Purchasing and Operations on customer requests.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with real projects, mentorship, and skill development in a structured internship program.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer accounts in Able Aerospace account management systems.
• Suspend or close accounts based on status.
• Review and improve processes and documentation practices.
• Extract and present KPI metrics for the account management team.
• Assess accounts by workload, revenue, quality and service levels.
• Perform special assignments as needed.
