Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Management, Business Management, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a customer-oriented environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work with a cross-functional team to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely support and resolution of customer issues.
• Provide support to Special Missions Program in facilitating customer inquiries as it pertains to spare parts orders and programs information for special missions requirements and aircraft types.
• Support communications with Textron Aviation Parts Department regarding customer account status, invoicing, or payments.
• Assist in fact-finding, coordination, and submission of special adjustment requests.
• Learn how to organize customer data and prepare special reports for warranty, sales, and claims.
