Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Management, Business Management, or other related field.
Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

Creates new and maintains existing customer accounts by compiling, reviewing, and entering data into account management systems to ensure accuracy of customer information.
Suspend and/or close customer accounts based upon account status.
Review and identify areas of improvement in processes and documentation practices.
Understand, extract, and improve the presentation of KPI metrics within the account management team.
Review and analyze the strength of accounts based upon volume of work, revenue, quality, and customer service experience.
Special assignments and additional duties as required.
