Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Several years of aerospace experience, ideally with customer-facing or sales responsibility.
• Strong negotiation experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work mainly from the office with travel as required.
• Export Control compliance: US Person required.

Responsibilities

• Quote new product introductions and design changes promptly and accurately.
• Review blueprints, specs, and PO to ensure requirements are understood.
• Advise customers on bearing design and manufacturing topics as a technical contact.
• Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations, virtually or in person.
