Job summary

ARCH Global Precision is seeking a Customer Account Specialist in Escondido, CA. The role focuses on handling customer purchase orders, entry and documentation, and acting as a liaison between customers and production/quality teams to ensure timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service or order-entry experience in manufacturing, with understanding of ERP systems and AS9100/ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or order-entry experience in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders accurately and timely.
• Enter quotes and purchase orders into the ERP system and confirm delivery expectations with customers.
• Proactively communicate order status, delivery schedules, and delays.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and shipping to meet requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Device History Records (DHRs) per aerospace standards.
• Ensure customer documentation is complete and properly stored.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email professionally.
• Support customer audits by providing requested records.
• Escalate critical issues to leadership when needed.
• Assist with continuous improvement in customer service and order processing.
