Job summary

Hexcel, a global leader in advanced composites technology, seeks a Plant Manager for its Casa Grande, AZ facility. You will lead the largest aerospace honeycomb manufacturing plant, driving annual operating plans, safety initiatives, and on-time delivery of high‑quality products to customers worldwide.

The role requires a BS/BA in a technical field and 10 years’ manufacturing leadership experience (or 5 in honeycomb). You will mentor teams, manage costs, and collaborate with global Hexcel groups.

Qualifications

• Ten years’ experience in a multi-shift, multi-product manufacturing environment, preferably continuous-run or 5 years in honeycomb composites industry.
• BS/BA degree required, preferably in engineering, chemistry, or related technical or scientific discipline.
• Displays integrity, leads by example, strong work ethic, and effective change management on the production floor.
• Experience leading continuous improvement using lean, six sigma, participative work teams, and measures.
• Experience with cross-functional activities (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, R&T).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the largest high-performance aerospace honeycomb manufacturing plant.
• Develop annual operating plans and lead safety and environmental performance.
• Drive on-time delivery of high‑quality products to a worldwide customer base.
• Lead continual improvement across operations and business processes.
• Understand and manage cost and financial performance to optimize results.
• Develop a positive work environment and an engaged workforce.
