TSI Incorporated is seeking a Regional & Agriculture? R&A Sales Specialist II to consult with scientists and engineers across aerosol science applications.

You will engage with federal agencies, academia, and industrial customers, expanding our portfolio of proven technologies. You will travel 40-50% to meet customers, present at conferences, and develop territory plans while leveraging Salesforce for CRM and forecasting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field of study.
• Minimum of +5 years technical sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding individual sales targets.

Aufgaben

• Service install-base of existing customers and build relationships to form champions and referrals.
• Cultivate new customer relationships through lead follow-up and consultative selling.
• Leverage product demonstrations and SMEs to deliver uncommon value to customers.
• Learn key accounts and market insights and provide feedback to shape business trajectory.
• Attend conferences/tradeshows as TSI ambassador and occasionally present on topics.
• Continuously learn about product catalog, customer applications, and technical advances.
• Develop and execute a territory strategic business plan and track progress.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings and events.
• Utilize Salesforce for CRM, analysis, planning, forecasting and reporting.
