Job summary

1 Health Solutions, LLC is seeking an Aeromedical Case Manager Technician to support HQ AFRC Aerospace and Operational Medicine. You will review and process aeromedical waiver cases, coordinate with RMUs and medical facilities, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation throughout the adjudication process.

The role emphasizes data integrity, liaison work between military units and providers, and timely case processing under Air Force policies.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Health Information Management or closely related field.
Four years of directly related experience in Air Force Aerospace Medicine or Aeromedical Case Management.
Experience with Air Force medical readiness programs and waiver processing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and medical data systems.

Responsibilities

Review, evaluate, and process aeromedical case files for flying and non-flying personnel per Air Force policies.
Receive, review, and validate medical documentation for completeness before Government review.
Process accession, retention, flying, mobility and other aeromedical waiver cases.
Maintain case information in Government electronic systems (AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, MEDXS, MICT).
Coordinate with RMUs, MTFs, ACS, MAJCOMs, and medical providers on case requirements.
