Job summary

Venesco, LLC is seeking an Aeromedical Admin Assistant to support the 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role involves clerical tasks, data entry in EMS/PSW, and calendar management for the Branch Chief.

You will work with a diverse team across military, civilian, and contractor personnel, requiring strong organizational and medical terminology skills. Proficiency in PDF and MS Office is essential; SharePoint knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with at least 3 years of aeromedical case management or related admin experience.
• Proficient in PDF and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Understand and communicate medical terminology.
• Advanced typing skills (9-key pad and QWERTY).
• Knowledge of SharePoint and its functionality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary office assistant performing clerical and administrative duties.
• Utilize databases, spreadsheets, and graphics for clerical tasks.
• Prepare letters, reports, and documents and finalize drafts.
• Review and process correspondence; screen mail for supervisors.
• Maintain the Branch Chief's calendar and coordinate meetings.
• Review Aeromedical cases and enter data into EMS.
• Support data entry for PSW and EMS in HPWS.
• Update electronic documentation and contact info on relevant portals.
• Coordinate activities with ACS and other facilities.
