Odyssey Systems Consulting Group is seeking a Nursing Training Coordinator to support the 711th Human Performance Wing (711 HPW) at Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio. The role centers on developing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive nursing and medical training programs for aerospace medicine personnel.

You will analyze training outcomes, manage data reporting, and collaborate with AFI policy guidance, ensuring compliance and readiness across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and US citizenship.
• 3+ years of experience in nursing or a related area.
• Current, unrestricted licensed Registered Nurse; BLS/ALS certifications.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver nursing/medical training programs.
• Analyze program performance and report metrics.
• Coordinate scheduling and delivery of training across USAFSAM.
• Maintain training materials and ensure compliance with standards.
• Engage with leadership and medical staff to improve training.
• Manage data collection and reporting for program effectiveness.
