Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Aeroderivative Program Manager to lead the LMS100 new unit production program, driving strategic integration and cross‑functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and commercial teams.

You will own program plans and toll-gate processes, manage cost and risk, and partner with the LMS100 Product Line Leader to execute the platform strategy, delivering on time, within scope, and with measurable quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related discipline.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience with Gas Turbine Technology or similar industry.
• Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within a product line, engineering, services or program/project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all aspects of LMS100 new unit production program, including program plan, toll gate process, cost control and allocation, business case definition and refinement, engineering, manufacturing & sourcing readiness.
• Collaborate with LMS100 Product Line Leader to execute the vision and strategy of the LMS100 platform.
• Own the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) target for Aeroderivative tied to systemic product quality issues assigned.
• Drive improvement in processes across NPI Value Streams.
• Partner with sales, technical sales, and business development teams to develop winning technical and commercial offerings.
