Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Aeroderivative Systems Integration Leader to drive program plans for gas turbine generator packages, balancing technical, production, and business needs with a cross-discipline team.

The role defines detailed work scope, performs system trades, sets priorities, and manages budgets. It requires strong communication, leadership, and a solid background in gas turbine engineering, with experience in NPI, RAM, RAM or PCO programs where applicable.

Qualifications

• 6 years of technical experience in gas turbines, accessories, plant, or controls engineering (USA).
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Partners with cross-discipline engineering teams to develop program plans that meet technical, production, and business requirements.
• Translates product requirements into documented technical requirements for the engineering team to achieve.
• Leads execution with engineering teams to ensure program plans are progressing to deliver on-time and within budget for a set scope of work from program scoping to validation completion.
• Resolves system level technical issues. Performs trade studies with engineering teams to ensure PRD CTQ’s are met.
• Defines scope, schedule, cost, and risk mitigation plans to achieve technical product requirements for package proposals outside of quoting limits.
• Demonstrates clear technical communication across engineering, commercial and supply chain organizations.
• Participates as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews with engineering leadership.
