Job summary

GE Vernova International LLC is seeking an Aeroderivative Program Manager to drive strategic integration of business and Fleet programs. You will own, prioritize, and lead resolution of systemic product quality issues through collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and services.

You will lead RAM programs to address fleet issues, forecast parts for critical service bulletins, and manage communications with customers on fleet problems, while maintaining balance with NPI and upgrade

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required in engineering or business-related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Gas Turbine Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within a product line, engineering, services, or program/project management.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic deployment of corrective actions across NPI, New Unit, I&C, and fleet implementation.
• Own the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) target for Aeroderivative tied to systemic quality issues.
• Develop, implement, and champion execution of key programs to reduce COPQ by aligning and engaging cross-functional teams.
