Job summary
GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an Aeroderivative Program Manager to lead the LMS100 new unit production program, drive strategic integration, and ensure successful product introductions through alignment across horizontal functions in the Gas Power business.
The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with product line leaders, and management of cost, quality, and schedules in a global, cross-functional environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience on Gas Turbine Technology or similar industry.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role within a product line, engineering, services or program/project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead LMS100 new unit production program planning and cost control.
- Collaborate with Product Line Leader to execute the LMS100 vision and strategy.
- Own and maintain an updated Approval to Quote for the LMS100 portfolio.
- Drive strategic deployment of corrective actions across NPI, production, shipping, and installation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to maintain standards, configuration rules, and documentation.
- Review customer specifications to identify technical, commercial, and contractual risks.
