GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a People Leader for the Aeroderivatives Combustion Module to guide a high-performing engineering team through industrialization and new technology development.

You will champion lean practices, drive NPI/NTI programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver superior value to customers. You will oversee safety, quality, and personnel development while coordinating with aero systems, product management, supply chain and service engineering to meet business

Formación

• B.S. degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Safety & Quality leadership across all project phases.
• Team development: coach and mentor engineers to accelerate growth.
• Oversee work assignments, schedules, and HR initiatives.
• Technical stewardship: ensure robust design solutions and RCA.
• Strategic collaboration with Systems, GSCM, PDE for seamless execution.
• Drive performance, emissions reduction, and cost efficiency in turbine systems.
• Fleet support: address factory or fleet issues with urgency.
