GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a People Leader for the Advanced Manufacturing and Repair Technology's NRI Combustion team.

You will lead a global group focused on developing and industrializing repair processes for heavy-duty gas turbine components, supporting PCO and NPI initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in an engineering, design, or repair environment.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing, services, repair, or design environments.
• Ability to travel globally up to 15% of the time to repair centers and customer sites.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferred).
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy, development, and qualification for heavy-duty gas turbine combustion repair NPI, PCO, and MYA programs.
• Architect long- and short-term component productivity roadmaps aligned with market trends and fleet needs.
• Drive standardized engineering practices using lean roadmaps and value stream mapping.
• Collaborate with Product Line and Customer Service Engineering to resolve fleet issues.
• Lead and mentor a technical team through design, analysis, and qualification of repair projects.
• Provide oversight on repair design reviews and ensure alignment with standards.
• Foster a safety-conscious, high-impact culture and coach team members in technical and leadership growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives beyond component repair and report progress to leadership.
