YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your main area, you can support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain Brand Standards: Ensure product movement through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Stockroom Management: Keep the Stockroom organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
3. Be Innovative: Spot merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan, and take corrective action.
4. Teamwork: Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
5. Safety and Asset Protection: Follow safety standards and company policies to ensure a secure environment.
