Job Overview

As a part-time Stock Associate, you will be responsible for moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you will support the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you will embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure product movement through effective shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures well-organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to improve visual presentation.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests on the Salesfloor.
• Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous stock-related experience is preferred.
