Job Overview

Your Role
As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for moving products from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary focus, you will also support the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you will embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain brand standards by ensuring timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Keep the Stockroom organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
3. Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and take corrective actions.
4. Assist team members with non-stock tasks and guest support to promote teamwork.
5. Prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and Salesfloor, adhering to Asset Protection policies.
