Job description

You can't buy a product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at moving products from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your main area, you're adaptable and ready to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Passion for brand standards: Keep products moving efficiently through effective shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Ownership of the Stockroom: Maintain an organized, efficient, and productive Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are well kept.
3. Innovation: Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop action plans, and implement solutions.
4. Teamwork: Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests to ensure a positive shopping experience.
5. Integrity and Safety: Prioritize safety and follow Asset Protection standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
