Job description

You can't buy a product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary focus, you're flexible and willing to support the Salesfloor and team as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Passion for Brand Standards: Keep products moving efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Ownership of the Stockroom: Maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are well-kept.
3. Innovation: Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, plan, and take action to improve visual presentation.
4. Teamwork: Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests on the Salesfloor when needed.
5. Integrity and Safety: Follow safety standards, Asset Protection policies, and store procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.
