YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you're able to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

1. Brand Standards: Keep product moving efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Stockroom Management: Maintain organization and efficiency of the Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
3. Innovation: Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to improve visual presentation.
4. Teamwork: Assist team members with non-stock tasks and support guest needs.
5. Safety and Policies: Follow safety standards, Asset Protection policies, and adhere to AEO procedures.
