Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Welding tech or machining degree is in process.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Prep and grease aerial booms for assembly.
• Tap holes in metal and fabricate to blueprint standards.
• Perform GMAW and/or FCAW welding with various equipment.
• Read schematics and work orders; maintain records.
• Move between work areas to support production and cross-train.
• Train new/current associates and follow safety policies.
