Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Machining or Welding tech degree in progress.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining equipment and related machinery.
• Read drawings and determine critical dimensions and tolerances.
• Assist with numeric controlled programming.
• Perform rework and inspect machined parts.
• Use measuring tools to verify conformance to specs.
• Load and unload components and tooling.
• Maintain daily time records.
• Support APS initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Cross-train and move to other areas as production needs rise.
• Help train new or current associates.
• Follow safety, environmental and quality policies, including PPE.
