Job summary

VCI Construction, LLC. seeks a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.

You will be the on-site expert, guiding and supporting crew members, completing daily work orders, and coordinating with customers. The position may require travel for storm response on short notice and a valid DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Certified pole climber or willing to become certified.
• DOT medical card and ability to pass exam.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair aerial telecom cables and support structures per codes.
• Keep work areas safe and traffic flowing on site.
• Climb at heights using hooks and ladders safely.
• Use hand and power tools including wrenches, drills, and saws.
• Provide guidance to teammates and support storm response travel.
• Complete daily work orders and crew safety checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
