Job summary

Prism Electric is seeking a Service Account Manager for aerial services to develop and manage a robust pipeline of aerial and bucket-truck work across commercial, industrial, and municipal accounts in Texas. You will build relationships, pursue new opportunities, and drive service opportunities with strong margin performance.

The role requires proven sales or account-management experience in electrical service, with the ability to manage proposals, estimates, and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, business development, account management, or electrical service management experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships and generating new service opportunities.
• Knowledge of aerial lifts, bucket trucks, exterior/site lighting, and related electrical systems preferred.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales, business development, estimating, and production management of aerial and bucket-truck service work that meets or exceeds margin standards.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities that use Prism Electric’s bucket-truck and aerial capabilities.
• Develop a pipeline of aerial electrical service work with commercial, industrial, municipal, institutional, and property management customers.
• Coordinate scheduling and deployment of bucket-truck operators, electricians, and materials to satisfy customer needs.
• Maintain relationships with customers, facility managers, general contractors, and municipalities to grow recurring service work.
