Job summary

Prism Electric seeks a Service Account Manager to drive sales, estimating, and production management across electrical construction projects in Texas and Oklahoma. The role is based in Garland and centers on building long-term client relationships while ensuring margins and on-time project delivery.

You will lead technicians, mentor staff, and collaborate with business development to pursue new opportunities. Strong budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Sales, estimating , and production management of jobs that meet or exceed margin standards.
• Conduct business and customer relations in a way that is above reproach.
• Develop and maintain personal long-term relationships with customers.
• Proactive involvement , offering s uggestions for future situations .
• Reactive involvement, punctual response to the customer’s needs.
• Diligently pursue new customers along vertical lines.
• Support business development with timely responses to leads.
• Encourage good habits and support continuous improvement.
• Leadership approach in growing and developing technicians within the department.
• Train, supervise, and motivate Prism’s workforce.
• Maintain exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a productive workforce possessing the necessary skills, expertise , and drive to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills .
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, employee motivation and training, leadership and office management skills, and customer acquisition and relations.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
• Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills .
• Proficiency in information analyzation and budget setup .
• Texas Journeyman License preferred
