• Budgeting and forecasting, employee motivation and training, leadership and office management skills, and customer acquisition and relations.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills.
• Proficiency in information analyzation and budget setup.
