Zusammenfassung

Woolpert is seeking a Topographic Aerial Sensor Operator to join the Aerial Acquisitions team in our Dayton, OH office. Travel is required on a rotating 21 days on / 14 days off schedule, with both domestic and international travel anticipated.

The role focuses on sensor operation, data collection, and reporting for airborne mapping missions. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must already have work authorization in the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required or two years related experience.
• GIS/geography degree preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office favored.

Aufgaben

• Participate in ground and flight operations, mission planning, execution, briefing and debriefing.
• Ensure data collection accuracy and quality for mapping missions.
• Understand tactical and wide area mapping workflows.
• Follow regulations and established procedures in field operations.
• Download, edit, and troubleshoot sensor data; set up ground GPS bases and flight planning.
