Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services are seeking an Aerial Lift Trimmer to trim, prune and remove trees using bucket trucks and related tools. Prior aerial lift experience with a tree care company is required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Responsibilities include following safety practices, preparing equipment, performing professional tree maintenance, and assisting crew members while maintaining tools and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience with aerial lift trimming and bucket trucks required/preferred.
• High School diploma or education equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and enforce safe practices.
• Prepare truck and materials for daily work as directed by Foreperson.
• Perform professional tree maintenance and pruning
• Clear and trim trees near utility lines and remove debris
• Maintain and track tools and equipment used daily
• Observe and improve climbing and tree maintenance skills
• Assist crew members in daily activities as needed
• Safeguard others from hazards and communicate while working
• Perform storm restoration duties when required
