Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services in Missouri is seeking an Aerial Lift Trimmer to trim, prune, and remove trees using a bucket truck. The role requires prior aerial lift experience and a valid driver’s license. You will perform tree maintenance, clear debris, and support storm restoration efforts with a strong emphasis on safety.

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. You will follow safety rules, maintain tools, and assist other crew members daily while traveling for

Qualifications

• High School diploma or education equivalent preferred.
• Prior electric utility vegetation management or related field experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of operating bucket trucks.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe practices and help enforce safety rules on site.
• Prepare trucks and materials daily under the General Foreperson’s direction.
• Perform professional tree maintenance as directed by the General Foreperson.
• Clear/trim trees near utility lines and remove debris.
• Clean up and dispose of all debris from work areas.
• Maintain and track tools and equipment used daily.
• Improve climbing and tree maintenance skills continuously.
• Assist other crew members in daily activities.
• Safeguard workers and public by enforcing safety and maintaining clear work areas.
• Perform storm restoration duties as needed.
