Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking an experienced Aerial Lift Trimmer to trim, prune, and remove trees with bucket truck support. A valid driver’s license and prior aerial-lift experience with a tree care company are required.

This role includes storm response duties and strict adherence to safety protocols. The position requires the ability to work at heights, operate rigging and PPE, and to travel for storm restoration when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating an aerial lift trimmer with a tree care company is required.
• Driver's license is required.
• Must pass background check and drug screen as required for this job.

Responsibilities

• Trim, prune, and remove trees using a bucket truck or similar equipment.
• Assist in daily truck preparation and material handling.
• Maintain tools and equipment; keep area clean and safe.
• Identify and manage hazards near utility lines; protect workers and the public.
• Travel for storm restoration work as needed.
