Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services is seeking an Aerial Lift Trimmer to perform tree trimming and removal using a bucket truck or similar equipment. The role requires 2-3 years of professional aerial lift experience.

This full-time, on-site position emphasizes safety, knot and rigging knowledge, and climbing at height. Travel for storm restoration may be required; background checks and drug screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience operating an aerial lift trimmer or Jarraff is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to travel for storm restoration work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe practices and enforce safety rules.
• Prepare truck and materials as directed by Foreperson.
• Perform professional tree maintenance as directed.
• Clear and trim trees and brush near utility lines; remove branches.
• Clean up and dispose of debris.
• Maintain tools and equipment used daily.
• Observe and improve climbing and tree maintenance skills.
